Well over the years I used to Be " Strong" But life and time took it's toll i guess and made me Become lazy..Now i know Sloth is a sin And just about everything else is lol, But honestly i just want some guidance to help meditate for better to tomorrow and to get my Strength back..Any help would be Kick Ass xD
